Application as "Erbauer"

Hello! My name is Hristo Stoyanov, 26 years old, from Bulgaria and I want to apply for "Erbauer" (builder) and I want to build Bulgaria (Bulgarien) room.
I have no problem to start with other rooms in my learning time and to help other builders.
I've read the Handbuch via Google Translate and I think that I understand the basics.
Also I've read the Codex.
I've a bachelor degree in Technology and Management of the Transport, so I have fundamental understanding in train movement organization and timetable building.
I've worked in Bulgaria as Train Traffic Manager in NRIC (National Railway Infrastructure Company).
Also currently I learn programming with Java SE and Java EE.
I play the simulator from 5+ years.
