we didn't have this kind of problem for a long time now (about 6.5 years). This might be related to you using an outdated operating system, Windows 7 is out of support for a year now.

You might want to try opening the Java Control Panel (its entry in the start menu is translated, the english translation is "Configure Java"), choose the "Settings..."-Button for temporary internet files, and make sure the first checkbox is checked so temporary files remain on the computer.

Other than that, I don't really know if there is anything more you can do, unfortunately...
