Problem with connection

im register here only yesterday, im trying to trying self on offline session, but get problem, he not connect to IRC (just blinking yellow), it's also worth considering that I live in Russia, because of this I am forced to use a VPN; without a VPN, it won't connect to anything that all, i added the IP address to the exceptions in the VPN itself so that it wouldn't connect to it, i.e. directly without the VPN, but it didn't help.

I'm afraid that without an IRC connection, you wont be able to play the game, as a lot of management information in the background is transfered over that.

I removed the IP from the VPN exceptions, meaning all STS connections go through the VPN connection, but it still doesn't want to connect. It's strange that I'm having problems with IRC only, but others connections is fine.

IRC is a chat protocol, it might well be that its port or the protocol itself is blocked somewhere on the way. Judging by Russias media intrusion, there's probably a lot of (hardware) boxes between you and the server...
