New signal box creation

Hello everyone!

Me and my friend have recently started playing with this game, and we love it. We live in Hungary, and we thought about contributing to the game, by making some Hungarian maps. Two problems however have arose:
1: We dont speak even a single word of German;
2: We don't really know, if it is possible, and if it is, how, to create new maps.
It would be quite Feasable to create maps for Hungary, given that neghbouring Austria is decently well modelled, and it already has a broder crossing point for our country (Loipersbach- schattendorf - Sopron) and it would only require 2-3 new boxes, to create another one (The Ostbahn, Nickelsdorf - Hegyeshalom).
Also, becouse we are in the OSShD, we use a completely different signalling system, than most UIC countries.

There's a huge project running right now. The change of the timetable from 2010 to 2024 in all german regions. So there's not a lot capacity for a completely new region. I suggest to wait till this mammut project is over. But that's just my personal opinion, I am no official here.
